Lupita Lomeli: "Thank you, on behalf of all grandmothers"

Lupita is one of the most recognized faces in Central California, as host of “Arriba Valle Central” on Univision Channel 21 in Fresno for more than 25 years. Her favorite title, though, is “grandma” to Baiya.

Baiya likes to tell her grandma stories about a special place full of friends and a dancing giraffe, with people who make her feel better. When Baiya was born, she was cared for by the nationally ranked team in Valley Children’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). She continues to be monitored by our pediatric pulmonologists.
